On friday morning I went over to Star's place. I was so neat. As in old days, I parked on the street, walked down the driveway along the side of the house and into the back courtyard where there was a converted rear structure which was a flower essence shop/office. This room used to be my studio bedroom when I lived on her property about 8 years ago! I remember it was painted light purple and with loads of various flower essences in the paint to keep the vibration high. It worked! When I lived there there was a resonant, sweet humming vibration. It was while I was living here, at Star's house, that I deepened my voyage into hooping on the patio. When I felt the urge to smoke a cigarette, I would go outside and try to hoop it out and it often worked. It was so amazing to live only 2 blocks from the beach... I remember my daily morning walking meditations, giving myself foot massages daily with essential oils and listening to lots of books on tape while living there. Lots of healing... this was when I was also managing Star's Flower Essence store downtown. What an adventure that was! I so so utterly unqualified, but so enraptured with the essences I jumped at the opportunity. It was a time of much spiritual awakening.
Anyways, I went by and of course, Star has exponentially expanded her offerings of essences since then. While I have continued to order through the mail over the years, I haven't walked in for a long time and it was fun to look at her new products.
I branched out and got some things that were brand new to me.... specifically, I dipped into the gemstone essences. For whatever reason, I have shied away from them over the years, but I was now magnetized! Here is what I played with.

While I have been in SB I have been taking the Pink Morganite and it is softening. It was wonderful to actually meet with Star and speak to her for a while. She still looks the same! Sparkling, surrounded by angels and hosts of dimensional starbeings and all! What a fascinating woman.
Being in Santa Barbara has brought back SO many memories. It has shown me so much about how much I have truely grown and changed in positive ways over the years. I change so ridiculously fast that I loose perspective very easily and it makes it hard for me to keep the same relationships over long periods of time.... but coming back and connecting with so many people and seeing these places that were so pivotal and special to me over the years... well.. it has just been very soulfully stirring.
I think it also feels really good the essences since I live in the fast, electric and varied energy city of San Francisco -- any connection to the nature beings, the earth and angels which I can foster while there balances me. You know, it is ironic... but I am realizing that the very fact of my being in San Francisco FORCED me to develop at a rapid pace spiritually just to handle the chaotic frequencies which live in that crazy city! It is beautiful and superpacked with opportunities and art and people and great music, but it also has a sharper, darker and colder side which doesn't always feel so good. Part of me has resisted being there for years, but it has brought the precious gift of interdimensional acceleration of my lightbody. It is almost as if I have had to explore the farthest end of the angelic light spectrum in order to balance out what I experience in that city. The city has forced me into prayers, meditations, writings, readings and inner activation. Well.. everything does happen for a divine reason!
