Just back from a phenomenal weekend retreat with Jacquelyn Aldana, author of the "15 Minute Miracle". I truly feel so lucky to know this remarkable woman. She has such a big heart and such a genuine and sincere desire to grow on all levels. In celebration, here is my miracle for the day.
Today, Monday August 18, is a clean slate for me to enjoy. As long as I can CHOOSE my thoughts, I can CHOOSE what I attract and create in my life. Starting today, it is my ongoing intention to find effective and wise ways to maintain emotional balance and sophisticated, elegant and positive languaging on a daily basis.
I truly appreciate the culture and arts of San Francisco because the it has hip, young communities which are creative and inspiring. I feel so fortunate to be able to wear beautiful clothes because they help me feel good. I am so grateful for the gift of being able to attend the miracle playshop again, because it is uplifting and restorative.
I now think before speaking so that everything I say is uplifting and positive.
I choose words as wands to magically create more beauty all around me.
I tell those around me the things that I admire about them because it makes me feel good.
I allow others to be right by saying, "You know, you may be right!"
I laugh and let others be who they are with love.
I breathe deeply and gain my centering and grounding.
I am a calm anchor of unconditional love.
I allow my higher self to guide me at all times.
I uplevel my vibrational frequency to be on par with my angels, guides and emissaries of love and light.
I feel serene and smiley!
I now invite assistance from the Loving Power that dwells within me and All Life Everywhere. Dear Glimmering Life Essence, and all who walk with me in Love and Light, Thank you for your perfect guidance, unconditional love and ongoing support. If it is in the highest good for me and All Life Everywhere, please divinely orchestrate the following in just the perfect time:
-Help me remember to breathe deeply before speaking
-Show me how to explore the power of silence
-Give me the strength to maintain my own vibrational frequency despite whatever forces surround me
-Inspire me to respect my BodyTemple by maintaining emotional, nutritional, psychological and verbal cleanliness
I completely surrender all worries, doubts and fears to You, Emissaries of the Light. As I trust You to take care of the details, everything falls into place for me with amazing ease. I am now ready to release and let go of urgency, chappyness, distractions, and excuses plus ALL issues (both known and unknown) that prevent me from living my best life now. This act of releasing enables me to calm down my nervous system and make space for bliss.
Dear Christabel, please make it easier for me to move forward in my life be providing wise advice as I ask the following question: How can I hold my own center when surrounded by chaos?
-Breathe deeply with the inner mantra, "Relax..."
-Envision yourself enveloped in a white protective light
-Call on Archangel Michael to walk with you
-Drink a glass of water!
As a special treat to myself today, I give myself permission to water and tend the plants with loving care. My special way of being kind to someone else today is to ask Kramer if I can help him with any Burning Man preparation.
