I'm blessed enough to be at a weekend playshop with one of my favorite authors, Jacquelyn Aldana (and her husband, Ron)! I left San Francisco, through the cold and fog of August, and blasted out into 80 degree sunshine in the mountains of Los Gatos to their ranch. Drove while listening to Michael Beckwith's new brilliant audio program, "Life Visioning". WOW! Just that was a blessing. Insights galore...
Arriving... The tall green trees. The smell of fresh cedar. The blue expansive sky. Flies and bees, squirrels and lizards. A day of upgrading my cellular memory. Letting go of outdated beliefs and anchoring new ones. Issues I cleared: lack of organization and cleaning up after myself and resentment about living San Francisco while craving more sun, warmth, and affordability. Another attendee whom I met the last time I took the training, Michael, also did some fascinating numerology for me which revealed many powerful insights about my life path number, 9, and all my other corresponding numbers.
At the beginning of the day I felt tired, disconnected, overworked. Two days ago I had realized that my spirit had left my body... I had just been working non-stop for weeks and had forgotten how to slow down. Tonight, I am tired from the processing but something inside me feels fresh and inspired. I feel my sparkle coming back... thank you!
