I had a mind-blowing coaching session with Maggie yesterday which blew me out of the water. I realize there is a MASSIVE change about to happen with HoopGirl, and that I need to prepare for it! In short, it is time for this baby business to grow to a whole new level! I realize how insane it is that I have been trying to run this whole operation myself, even with the help of a staff. I realize that all the administrative and management work I have gotten ensnared in and habitually done is NOT my brilliance and it is decreasing my glow. It has taken me away from many things which light me on fire with passion.
It is time for me to practice radical self-nurturing by releasing everything which is not my true gift and love. This is a big leap for me. Letting go... after all.. I am somewhat of a control freak when it comes to my company. She is like my baby... but I realize she is a baby I need to allow the ability to "grow up". HoopGirl has a BIG spirit and wants to run around and play with women all over the globe... for this to happen I need to re-envision my entire dream of her. I have to let some other people come in and help foster her growth in a major way.
To begin even considering this process, Maggie and I started unpacking my beliefs around what it means to work with other people in business, etc. Wow, what a lot of negative beliefs I had stuffed in my closet! So it has begun. I'm cleaning out all these habitual ways of think and doing things and making space for something radically new in my life. I'm going to be spending a lot of time this next week getting clear about what my ideal vision would be. Not a compromised vision of what I think may be possible ... but what my true picture-perfect dream would be. Look out, world!
Here are my new beliefs:
I now transition my business into a form in which it has an effective infrastructure, just the right staff to run it's operations effectively and in alignment with my values. It continues to have spirit and authenticity while I reduce my overall responsibility and have total creative authority over it.
I easily and energetically attract business connections, partners and associates who are reliable, authentic, creative, effective and aligned with what matters most to me.
I now allow support in! I receive exactly the support I want and need the most!
I love myself deeply and prioritize replenishing my own energy and wellbeing so I can be more fully who I am.
I respect myself deeply and validate my own creative dreams as worthy and important!
