High frequency love zing!
This morning I began the day with a candle-lit lightbody meditation. I feel the accuumulated focus of doing this daily allowing me to experience more significant realizations and more profound changes in my life. I am able to operate more from my lightbody self than my egoic self, and when I feel "pushed off center", I start working my own light centers and suddenly feel whole and present...what a gift!
So I heard about this fantastic exercise from Abraham to build one's magnetic field to abundance, develop a fun attitude around spending and get clear on what you would actually spend money on. This thereby attracts more money to you because you have more emotional enthusiasm around receiving it and letting it flow. In essence, for 365 days, you give yourself that day number times $1000 imaginary dollars to spend. The idea is that you get increasingly comfortable envisioning exactly how you would let that energy flow through your life, it starts being fun, and you attract the essence of what you want to you. Here is my week two!
And $9000 the very next day?! This really is a wonderfully massive amount of money to welcome into my life. I think I will go to the Cystalarium in LA and indulge in gorgeous Rose Quartz and Rhodochrosite gemstones and crystals to adorn my new home. There was also a MASSIVE Rose Quartz crystal sphere on the center display next to another gemstone which cost 33,000! I wrote the store and asked them how much it is....Yay! Even if I can't afford it today, I will be able to in a few days of the money spending exercise.
Today I am going to share my money. I'm gonna give all 10,000 to my husband to spend however he chooses.
Today I'm going to buy a small infared suana and a hot tub!!! Hopefully my wonderful Fairfax/Mill Valley rental as the perfect space for both on the deck. What a wonderful luxury! I am so excited to finally have daily access to these healing tools for transformation.
Okay! I'm caving in and I'm going to buy a BioMat!!! It is expensive, but is supposed to be life-changing, and I'm worth it. With the remaining $10,000, I am going to buy some gorgeous paintings by an artist I love on Kauai to decorate the house and remind me of my sweet island homeland.
Wow, it really is amazing how much money just keeps POURING IN! $13,000! This is a magical amount of money to receive and I am SO grateful.YAY! Okay, I'll start out spending $2500 on the Nia Blue belt training in May! Yay! I really crave the movement nourishment which Nia delivers to me and I'm excited to study with Debbie and Carlos again, who beautifully model the the art of being a sacred athlete. This amount should cover the fee, airfare and staying in a nice hotel and being fed nicely the whole time while there. I've still got $10,500! Neat. I think I want to invest another large chunk into my personal practice time... perhaps I will go to Kalani Retreat center as an artist in residence for 2 months to hone my personal hoop practice. I've never had the opportunity to focus 100% on practicing and it would be a wonderful opportunity. That should probably absorb about another $4000. Still $6,500! Hmmm... I think the next place I would like to go is to Peru with my friend Star for her orchid essence event. That should cost about $4,000. Still got $2,500 left! I think I will give this money away to a dolphin communication research project.

Remind me to feed my lightbody with nourishment before I feed my physical body
Time stretches and expands, giving me an infinity of minutes within each day to practice
Time is my friend and we play together.

While in Big Sur I had an amazing dream. In it, I was having a conversation with my mom about being part of an amazing group in America called the Sisterhood of the White Dragon. We were chatting about how we thought that it was connected with the magical nature wisdom from the ancient wise folk of British Isles. It was mysterious and amazing to wake up and contemplate who such a beautiful group of women are and to think of myself being one of them!
Last night Kramer and I had the pleasure of hosting Dawn Light Amora and her husband, Carlos, who happened to be in town and needing a place to stay. I never could have expected that such an impromptu sleepover would evolve into a such an inspiring event. Looking back on it tonight, it had the same feel as I had in the dream when talking about the Sisterhood of the White Dragon... magic, inspiration and spiritual excitement.Dawn is truely one of the most enchanted beings I know. I love her dearly and am ever inspired by her sparkling energy and infectious enthusiasm for life and all things miraculous and divine. While she was here, we chatted about ascension, light conception, ascended masters such as Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Mayan glyphs, and more. I found my perception of time bending as she casually chatted about most everything in the next couple years in terms of what the Mayan glyph was, what her own Mayan glyph meant in terms of her own life's evolution, and more... while I played in these realms before, it was intriguing to see how it totally re-oriented her perceptions. I am excited to bring this fresh inspiration into my own perception of time, especially in creating an abundance of time for everything I love in 2009!I feel like every moment spent with her feeds my soul.. and it is so yummy to see that it is the same for her... wonderful to immerse her in my altars and plants and living room dreamchamber for the night... my relationship with her has opened me up to so much lightness, joy and playfulness. A true soul sister!Dawn shared a gorgeous new Mayan oracle kit, which I promptly ordered after paging through the book and marveling at the sumptuous images. I love fantastic art combined with divination. She also talked about the Facebook 13 Moon Calendar and Numerology Applications, which I installed on my page. I love having so many reminders at every turn to re-center and remember my purpose! Yay for neat resources! I am such a consciousness junkie... and I love it!I adore that Dawn's husband, Carlos, is equally intrigued by all these topics and completely engaged and enraptured by our meanderings in this discussion realm. Since I don't share the dynamic of spiritual symbiosis in my own marriage, it was neat to witness in theirs. I just soaked it in vicariously. They poured over my library and pulled all the super intergalactic Christ Consciousness books to obtain..."Love Without End", "Mary Magdalene, A Mystical Journey", "Anna, Grandmother of Jesus", and "The Lineage of the Codes of Light". It was a wonderful feeling to share resources with equal excitement and interest! I realized how much I long for a community with whom I can share these explorations. I have been somewhat shy to discuss these things since Kramer is not super comfortable in this realm yet and I have tip-toed around these topics, and at times, doubted my own convictions. No more! I am telling myself that 2009 will be different... a brave, unbridled and truth-speaking me without any censoring or worrying about what people think.And as if my co-incidence, both Dawn and Carlos told me that they both plan on enrolling in AIHT as well! Just being a part of this school gives me a wonderful sense of focus and containment to all these metaphysical studies I have been doing. Wonderful! I wish we all lived in the same city... but I have a feeling that 2009 will be bringing many new Soul Family connections and I am so excited.Dawn and Carlos' love is so pure and real, that just being around them renewed my appreciation for Kramer and the magic we do share. Their marriage really hold a high and pure vibration of mysticism... something I have never experienced around any other couple I have met. Just being around that feels sooooo nice! Also, since Dawn married us, I feel as if she is keenly aware of our relationship energetics and very perceptive and open-minded, insightful about our connection. She is so affirmative and positive about the power of marriage! Her comments here and there are so very reassuring.Even just alking just around the block with them before they left this morning was eye-opening... suddenly we were a magical love posse, attracting all kinds of wonderous people and conversations...as if their big giant love vibration couldn't help but attract more of the same. Carlos' repetition again and again of how lucky we were to "live in the center of it all" also gave me a renewed sense of awareness about how truly lucky we actually are to live how we live, where we live. They couldn't stop oo-ing and ahh-ing about our apartment... and that was a good thing to hear since I have been fixated on the things which is lacks lately instead of all the bountiful wonderfulness which it provides. So, in short, I have to say, Dawn and Carlos are magical house guests! If you ever have the opportunity, invite them over! There was an other-worldy resonance which took place... a feeling of the Sisterhood of the White Dragon which intrigued me and invites me to be more of who I am... I am so grateful for them!Life is good!
Redwoods surround our little cabin, #11, at the Riverside Campground. We are as small as mice
next to their bigness! It feels safe to be in among them. If I close my eyes
and free my imagination, I can tune into their low, deep vibration. They speak.
But it is very, very, very slow for my perception.We have been here for 4 days
now, and I am still trying to figure out the first syllable which the trees started saying about 2 years
ago! So I just settle into the resonant rumbling of their earth frequency. It
feels good.
I sleep really, really peacefully when surrounded by these trees. They are so huge, like tree royalty, that I feel completely safe and protected. Even my dreams are protected and I often have magical visitations and ideas. The circle around our cabin is almost like an incubator of some kind... a dream incubator. We have a skylight directly above our bed so we can look up at the trees hundreds of feet above us while we sleep.
I like Redwood Tree bark, especially. It is so thick and furry! The deep valleys are like wrinkles in the skin of an elder and it is nice just to run my fingers along their edges. It smells good too.
Part of what gets me about redwoods is their age. There is one nearby which is 1000 years old… and they can be as old as 2000 years old. Elders to the max! I think about who was on the planet and doing what at those times… Roman times, Jesus, Budhha? These kinds of thoughts really throw me for a loop.
It is interesting that they are so spectacularly tall, yet they have a shallow root system. What keeps them standing is how they allow their roots to interconnect with the roots of other Redwood trees. Their loyal Redwood community literally supports the growth of each and every tree, enabling them all to reach for the stars.
I feel like redwoods are the recorders of time of the plant world the same way whales are the recorders of time in the mammel world. I think about these conscious beings alive and plugged into the earth, present for all her changes. Feeling the Earth and feeling the shift in consiousness on the planet and in the crystalline energy grids that surround it. They just sit in these quiet forests, year after year. They feel the winds, the rain, the floods, the fires and they keep on growing. Their super slow consciousness watching us buzz around like flies (in for what us is years).
The redwoods are such a precious gift to the planet. They feel like powerful angelic anchors! They are my favorite tree in the whole, wide world. I think I would always like to live next to the redwoods, or at least to have one growing in my yard if possible. The energy of these trees feels rich and deep and meaty. Wise and ancient, like elves mixed with wood giants.
I love hugging them, but of course I tend to do it when no one is looking. I don’t know why, but when I hear someone coming up the trail behind me I back away and “look casual”. But when they are gone again, I wrap my arms around the tree, close my eyes, smell the bark and feel the amazing nurturing energy. It is particularly important for me to make contact between my head and the tree. This allows me to release my mental thoughts, which is a nice relief. I can also feel the energy field of the tree pulsing around my body. It is like a giant sheath around the tree and walking into it is like slipping into a field charged with om-ing. I am so grateful to be here in Big Sur and surrounded by such elegant greatness!
