Today is a new day.

I time-travel into the past and sit myself down, and have a conversation about integrity.

"Integrity means treating those you love with love", I say.

"It doesn't matter what your scared thoughts may say, that's your monkey mind."

"Live in the dove of your heart."

We hug.

I send forgiveness across space and time.

I receive forgiveness across space and time.
