Pouring out an ocean of relaxation... 

Shining from every cell!

Just back from a 2 hour walk through the "neighborhood". It was really my first big foray exploring Mill Valley. I had no idea what awaited me.

I can honestly say that the entire Redwood-covered basin here of Mount Tam is a massive energetic gateway and anchor! I left the house feeling very stressed out, as if there weren't enough hours in the day to do all I had to do. As I wandered the streets, climbing higher and higher through meandering avenues and creek flowing meadows and Redwood groves, my whole physiology responded in the extreme. In the past, whenever I have had racing thoughts I have just put my head against a Redwood tree and it has allowed a release and settling into just being. But this was really a saturating experience where I didn't even need to do this.... just wandering, breathing, feeling the sunlight and admiring the beauty which surrounded me was enough to slow my thoughts to stillness and transform them to awe.

The textures of the bark of every tree I passed was unique, encoded with divineness. The green canopies swaying the breeze above filtered the light in the most life-giving of ways. The air tasted wonderful! There was feeling of enchantment in the air, as if the grottos I passed were magical and filled with fairies.  

And as I wandered, I soaked in the splendor of the houses. To call them "houses" feels like the same injustice of calling a Redwood just a "tree". These architectural gems were sanctuaries! Almost all were made of warm toned woods, with intriguing large windows, swoops and levels, embedded within the hillsides. Almost every one was kept in the most pristine of shapes, some with elaborate gardens with blossoms blowing in the wind, two with large trampolines, one with 2 little girls playing with a cat, another with 4 girls playing double dutch jumprope. Most were seemingly unihabited and quiet, with expensive cars parked often separate areas created as garages. Many had massive geometrically complex decks with wonderful lounge chairs and private pathways riddled the area around each home. Sunshine poured through skylights, and the sheer SIZE of them was awe inspiring - many looked to be 3000-5000 square feet! Most were embedded in wonderous ways with intertwining Redwoods which gave them an earthy feel.

I alternated between streets, hiking paths and walkways, just soaking it all in. I couldn't help but just absorb the visual feast in gulps! Meanwhile, my body was soaking in the feeling in gulps - ease, beauty, splendor, expansiveness, groundedness, abundance, nourishment. The wood, rocks and flowing waterfall I came upon all bathed my senses in ease.

I arrived back home with a feeling of contentment and amazement. I truly live in the center of a vortex of wonder! I sat down on the couch and was immediately overtaken by the most profound sleepiness I have felt in ages, and went to sleep curled in a soft blanket, feeling enfolded by the land and healed. As I drifted off I remember thinking that my DNA needed some time to reorganize itself to uplevel it's radiance.

I am SO excited that I live where I live and I am so grateful. I love the earth and the Redwoods and the opulent splendor which surrounds me here. I love the whimsical feel of the neighborhoods and the density of the rocks, branches and dirt. I can't wait to meet many inspiring visionary people who live in these neighborhoods and houses and look forward to magnetically attracting them into my life. Whatever they are doing, feeling and thinking, it is manifesting some pretty spectacular bounty into their lives! I'll have some, too!

WOW! Wouldn't it be nice if I felt this way after every walk in my new neighborhood?  Wouldn't it be amazing if I could instantly shift my consciousness anytime I needed, even just by thinking about the walks? Wouldn't it be great if I could attract enough wealth into my life that I could easily buy a magnificent sunny sanctuary in Cascade Canyon with a great view and everything I admire? Wouldn't it be great if I could rendezvous with more likeminded people in the area? Wouldn't it be great if I took this inspiration from today's walk to encourage me to walk every single day for at least an hour to soak in the radiance?

Yes to life!

Rampage of Appreciation for Miami Beach

I love the beach! I love the amazing white sand. I love how the particles of glimmering smallness feel underneath my feet and between my toes. I love the white expanse of sand which extends as far as the eye can see in either direction. I adore the palm trees as they blow in the wind, with segmented green fronds aloft on the breeze. I enjoy the sound of the waves, an eternal lulling hum which nurtures my senses and relaxes my nervous system. I love the rhythm of the waves and how predictable the sound is, and how it sounds like a massage. I love how the sun reflects off the surface of the waves making streaks of light. I love how the waves look off in the distance as they approach the shore, with textures and lines as they roll over eachother.

I love the horizon. I am filled with joy thinking of healing ocean waves extending far beyond where I can see. Ah, the water! I adore the turquoise waters! I love how I can see through the water because it is crystal clear. I love the smell of salt. I love thinking about how healing the water is for my skin and body. I love being purified and cleansed by the ocean as I swim and frolick in the waves. I love just taking in the beauty of the waters by basking in it’s beauty. I so appreciate the feeling of the sun on my skin as I am near the ocean. I love how I feel warmed to my very bones and core, feeling nurtured, held and lavished. I love having wonderful sunhats which protect my face from the suns rays and having high SPF sunscreens to keep my golden skin healthy and vibrant. I am so grateful for all the technology which has gone into creating these things so I can enjoy myself even more at the ocean.

I love the invisible creative force which created the ocean. I love the Earth’s creative and regenerative capacity and how fertile and abundant it is, filled with grasses, animals and fish. I love the wisdom of the ocean and how the crystal blueness knows how to flow in and flow out. I love the place where the water meets the shore, pouring itself without holding anything back and then surrendering to the natural ebb with ease. I love how confident and assured the waves are, flowing in without second-guessing themselves, flowing out without over-analyzing. I love how waves allow themselves to be natural and go with the flow of their own intuitive urgings!

I love that all the droplets of water have chosen to cooperate with each other to create a magestic expanse of connected fluid. I adore that they allow themselves to connect to eachother to such a degree that they now only have a sense of  wholeness and oneness. I love that their decision to join with other drops allows them to move powerfully, beautifully and to create strong natural currents. I love that the drops of the ocean, working as a whole ocean, create such a massive pool of possibility that it allows ancient and new beings to grow and flourish within it. I love that the connectedness of the ocean makes this planet a glittering beauty among millions in many universes – that our planet is an expression of bounty, brilliance and abundant beauty.

I love people watching on Lincoln Blvd here in Miami Beach. I am endlessly fascinated by the expression of fitness, health, beauty, confidence and youthful exhuberance expressed by those walking there. I love how very short, yet classy, the skirts women wear here are! I love their confidence and bravery in rocking tube tops, tiny tops, and bikinis.  I love how fit so many women are, with visible arm muscles, toned lean abs peeking out from half tops, and long lean legs. I so admire the expensive high end, towering heels from quality designers which are exhibited up and down the street and how lovely they look walking by. I love seeing what great care the women take in preparing themselves before going out. I am so inspired by the perfect mani-pedis, great hairstyles and wonderful golden skin colors I witness. I think the tiny dogs are super cute and adorable and add a wonderful playful energy to the street. In general, I love how little clothing people wear because it is so WARM and that some men and women are just walking around in swimwear, and how bright and light so many of the fabrics are. I love that I am reminded how delightful it is to wear sundresses!

I love that I have been able to spend time with my family here. I love that I realize that if I want to be joyful, I need to keep up with who I have become: someone who allows others to be who they are. I love that the Universe is giving me opportunity after opportunity to deliberately create my experience. I love that I signed up for this incarnated experience of having a body and being birthed to the perfect family for me which is giving me so many wonderful lessons about how to learn to be conscious and expansive. I love that I am being presented with endless opportunities to breathe into the moment, choose happiness and go with the flow of what is happening. I appreciate all the wonderful positive aspects of my father and brother, how they live their lives and what they say and do. I love focusing on what is good! I am so thankful that I realize that I can relax and make peace with where I am enjoy every precious moment. It feels fantastic to listen to the feedback from my emotional guidance system and noticing how subtle choices about what to think bring me closer to feeling good.

I love all of this – the beach, the people watching, my family – because I am reminded so deeply of what I want in my own life – Joy! Beauty! Light! Health! Vibrance! Radiance! Inspiration! Yay for life!
