Inspired by this beautiful chant, I have been contemplating the idea of becoming a living, breathing sanctuary for the divine. This is now my intention~ vesseling. It is amazing how holding this simple awareness changes everything in my experience. I listen with the ears of someone seeking to fill up with sounds of alignment. I breathe to fill every blood vessel with expansive space to receive. I look with eyes searching only for beauty. I tune the harmonics of my voice to transmit the frequency of love. I eat to purify and nourish. I drink to saturate the miracle of my body with life. I dance to absorb and radiate light. I dress to adorn... everything becomes a prayer, alive with meaning and purpose. So grateful!
