I feel an incredible lightness of being here on the islands. There is a deep softening. Last night I was listening to this track and these ideas came to me in a gentle stream, pouring into my consciousness...

-I savor each breathe as holy, a miracle of life.
- I allow my gaze to linger as I look deep into the eyes of those around me. I see Source! I cherish!
-I pray that those I meet are infused with the love of Source and that they know they are loved on a cellular level.
-I pulse beauty-love to the food I eat. I send glowing sacred symbols into each piece and send thanks to those who provided me with nourishment.
-I ride waves of bliss with deeper and deeper breaths, giving myself fully to life and loving the gift of being alive.
-I inhabit the furthermost vibrational expansion of my potential with spiritual confidence and magesty.
-I am am devotee of life force energy!
- I prioritize my luminescence!
