Theta Healing for Acceptance

I am reading, Theta Healing, the text for the Level 1 Theta Healing training I took recently. I am continually astonished by the realizations I am having! With every page I am presented with new opportunities for genuine self-healing. I'll look at a belief discussed in the text and think to myself, "Nah! I've got that topic handled..." but then I muscle test myself and a ping of awareness activates which tells me that something deeper is afoot in my psyche... so here are the new beliefs which I am downloading into my DNA...

-I understand what it feels like to be accepted!

- Every fiber of my being is imbued with the frequency of acceptance.

- I accept myself in every way!

- I accept my life with joy! I accept my body with love! I accept my family exactly as they are! I accept my friends and loved ones without needing anyone to change in any way! I accept my finances with adoration! I accept my living situation with glee!

- I know how it feels to be unconditionally embraced by love and understanding.

- Know that the more I accept myself and others, the more I attract loving, accepting people into my life.

- I anticipate genuine affection and acceptance from everyone I meet!

- I spend time visualizing, imagining myself fully loved and accepted everywhere I go.

- I know it is possible to feel accepted in every environment, by every type of person and in every moment.

- I know it is possible to be completely accepted by those with radically different beliefs than me.

- I release and let go of anticipating rejection! I release anticipating resistance and judgement from others!

- Creator teaches me Creator's definition of true acceptance.

- I let go of seeking to recreate rejection, judgement, mocking and criticism from those around me.

- Creator cleanses me of all past experiences where I was not accepted and shows me the meaning behind these experiences.

- I release everyone on the planet from any obligation to accept me! I release everyone in every relationship I have ever been in, in this life and all previous and future lives, from needing to accept me! I am free!

- I deepen my relationship to God and seek acceptance directly from Source.

- As I seek acceptance exclusively from Creator, my higher self and angels, I find that I am miraculously surrounded by more and more accepting people.

- I magnetically attract all those who love and accept themselves and everyone else around them!

- Every cell in my body hums with self-acceptance!

- I forgive everyone who ever not accepted me in any relationship across past, present and future lifetimes. I cancel and clear any pain, doubt or sadness which was created.

- I break all contracts I have with anyone across space and time which were designed to use lack of acceptance to teach me how to be bold, confident and outspoken in my connection to God.

- Creator clearly shows me the truth behind every one of these situations, why they happened and what was learned.

- I command that all past life memories of persecution be cleared and resolved.

- I command that all habitual defensiveness across all my lifetimes be cleared and resolved.

- I release everyone from any obligation to not accept me and take responsibility for my own spiritual expansion!

- I cultivate patience, inner peace, conviction, articulate expression, spiritual depth and courage without the need for conflict to motivate me.

- I am a beacon of self-inspiring spiritual expansion regardless of anything happening around me!

- In every moment I seek to discover how I can deepen my acceptance of those around me.

- I become a master at acceptance, most especially for anyone who for any reason does not accept me.

- I breathe acceptance everywhere I go. I drink and eat acceptance. I walk on acceptance. I bathe in acceptance.

- My commitment to accept others as they are is a top priority for me in every interaction.

- Acceptance is like prayer for me.

- Creator teaches me how to embody the level of acceptance held by Creator!

- I am saturated in acceptance!

Theta Healing for Trusting Men

- I know what it feels like to inherently trust men. 

- I know I can depend on men and that they are worthy of my trust.

- Men are dependable and I allow myself to ponder the positive aspects of relying on men.

- I release need to "prove" physical, emotional or spiritual independence from men in order to feel safe or in control.

- I release the need to meet against resistance in order to grow or expand my capabilities!

- I know how to trust men in my everyday life in lots of little ways which feel good.

- I know how to convey trust for men through my eyes, words, gestures, body language and actions.

- I anticipate understanding, acceptance, loyalty, protectiveness and generosity from men.

- I know how to receive from men and delight in the fun of it!

- I enjoy friendships with many high frequency men who embody the ideals I most admire.

- I know it is possible to become even more trusting of men than I already am and still be safe, wise and free.

- Creator shows me the truth from Creator's perspective on how to trust men.

- God shows me the truth around every time I have not trusted men and why it has ever happened.

- I release the need to distance myself from men.

- I release the need to emotionally with-hold from men.

- I clear it on all levels and resolve it on the history level!

- Creator shows me how to live without re-creating it.

- I deepen my appreciation of the divine masculine by deepening my own sense of the divine feminine.

Theta Healing for Invincibility in Living Life Purpose

- I remember all times, places and events across lifetimes when I have done the work I seek to do now.

- I can trust my body to naturally restore itself to optimum health. God teaches my self-regulatory system how to instantaneously align, uplevel and amplify it's gleam.

Spirituality and Relationship Download

While in an Advanced Theta Healing training yesterday, I was being worked on by Dawn and we discovered a "bottom belief" which was creating a lot of emotional discomfort in me. The belief was, "I need to sacrifice my spirituality to be in a romantic relationship." What a relief to identify and clear it! I have been continuing the clearing and here are some of the continued downloads...

-I know Creator's perspective on how to be spiritual and be in a romantic relationship at the same time.

-Creator imbues my body with the radiance of my spiritual beliefs and I shine everywhere I go!

-Any moment when I am unsure, I go up and ask Creator for guidance.

-I know how it feels to be motivated by love!

Theta Healing Bliss!

 For the last 4 years, when I have needed a healing for any situation~ mental, emotional, physical or spiritual, I have called upon my dear friend Dawn Light for a Theta Healing session. Theta is a remarkable form of focused prayer in which the facilitator provides healings and readings with affirmational words, thoughts and visualizations. It is a meditational process that creates amazing miracles through the power of Creator.

What I love most about Theta is the belief work. It helps me identify beliefs which I am operating with which no longer serve me and helps uplevel their resonance to those which are more beneficial. This allows healing on so many levels! I also adore the Guardian Angel readings and DNA activation...

After years of mind-blowing transformations facilitated by Dawn, I finally had the blessed opportunity this year of taking several training courses. The results have been amazing! What used to seem like such a magical, enchanted, ascended, yet mystifying process is now becoming clearer. 

I find myself becoming more confident while witnessing healings and holding space for my friend's transformative processes. I feel more light, more connected and so much clearer about who I am and what I am becoming. I love the super high, zingy frequencies, the feeling of letting go and letting Creator, angels and plants "show me", and the high quality of authentic interactions and evolutions it is all creating. I love the depth and transformative capacity of the downloads pouring in. I love the quality of people it invites me to attract into my life. I love the self confidence it is giving me. I love the amount of trust I am developing in myself and the world. I love the emotional clearings it is allowing and all the open space in me available to anchor more light. I love the cleansing and purification it is inviting in. I truly feel catapaulted forward on my own life mission!!! My temple vessel is being prepared for the next level in my path and I am READY!

Mermaidanry 101

I’m in Mendocino at the fabulous house and micro-retreat center of  a water shamaness named, Kathryn Van Camp. The drive here was mesmerizing! There was a riot of wildflowers in purples, pinks, and yellows, rolling hills with endless vineyards, cool and woodsy redwood corridors and out beyond, the wild sea.

I was invited on this journey by my dear friend, Iris, a Feng Shui space alchemist, mermaid, mystic and water lover. She has come up here several times to experience Watsu, water massage through individual sessions and a group retreat. Every time she gushed about how wildly transformative her experience has been… so when she invited me a few weeks ago it was an instant “yes”.

The drive was full of inspiring conversations about intentional space design, the energetics of the divine feminine and masculine, classes we were both preparing to teach, manifestation, community, relationships, and love. When conversation lulled, we sang along with the enchanting melodies of Wah! and Satnam Kaur. I was tickled that we were taking off on this overnight trip on a Tuesday night~ it felt like a weekend vacation!

We arrived in only 3 hours. The property is magical! There are big fields with gorgeous regal horses, like the romantic ones from movie, Excalibur. The transformation zone has, yurts, a tipi, a saltwater pool structure, and bathhouse, and there is also a guest house and main house. Everything has been crafted and adorned with tender loving care. Door handles are made of carved brass deities, thick wood beam ceilings of bright birch-colored wood add warmth, a remote controlled heater-fireplace lends us coziness, beautiful rugs comfort feet, and assembled riverstone floors have been laid in showers. Inspiring art abounds, wind chimes tinkle from the backs of doors and the big fluffy dog, Bella, is all smiles. The bathhouse is stocked with plush towels, sumptuous lotions and potions. The yurt is lined with multiple beds along the sides which look cuddly and inviting with their thick flannels, sheepskins and puffy comforters.

The crown jewel is the bath house, containing a lovingly constructed circular pool. Upon entering, I was immediately soothed by warm, humid air and the sight of steam rising from the glittering blue waters. There was a sense of crystalline clarity in the room. Magic had been worked here~ sweet healing magic created by focused intent. Prayer flags depicting tropical mountains and waters, dolphins and whales hung in sunlight beaming down through the sunroof. Framed shamanic art, an inviting bench and plush, massive leopard print towels beckoned. At the entry of the pool there was a beautiful transluscent dolphin mosaic. The waters were 98 degrees and salted.

Kathryn has the feeling of a wise, nurturing grandmother who has gone on many mystic journies. Before our session, she shared that she that the pool had a strong energetic connection big island of Hawaii, where she experienced a special connection with the dolphins. Also, that sacred waters from many, many places around the world had been added to the pool. She asked my intent and I shared my desire to deepen my connection to water, soften into the divine feminine and activate my inner mermaid. She smiled and we started.

Weightlessness. The water was warm and soft and supportive. There was a sensation of gliding with no resistance. My whole body was supple and at ease while she supported my head and expertly navigated my arms, torso and legs in fluid arcs, folds and undulations. Inflatables kept me above water at my legs and under my neck. Time seemed to slow down, and even reverse as I felt myself back in the womb, feeling salty and protected and completely cushioned. Dim water swooshing sounds echoed faintly as I was rocked. There was a distinct sense of being inside a safe place while my body was loosened and streamed in the natural tides. As my head was supported, I felt so mothered and loved.

I felt loose and watery, as if the skin separating my body’s liquid from the liquid around me was an afterthought. My breathing deepened as I was gently stretched. Eventually I was sighing with deep release as I felt massage at the base of my spine, then along my spine and behind my heart as I continued to be swirled. Gently, my neck articulated as it swam through water, guided by unseen hands.

Deep within, I sensed cells were being re-educated. Habitual patterns of holding were being released so a more serpentine flexibility could move in. There was a mysterious sense of connection to a vast expansiveness. I realized that knowledge could be obtained through relaxation and ease. Every now and again, I could feel the warmth and light of sunshine on my face as I was pulled through bright beams.

Soon the womb-like feeling expanded out to oceanic proportions and I felt as if I was a young mermaid being mentored by an elder mermaid. I was being taught how to use my tail, about it’s flexibility, the speed it afforded me and the circular water patterns it created through it’s twirling folds.

I could feel the delicacy and also the power of letting go and allowing myself to be carried by the natural tides. There was a vast vocabulary of currents I could ride. Sighing worked magic. Surrender was gold. My spine was given the power to ripple and somehow, rippling, itself, became a high art which I was apprenticing to. I was being guided by a pack of dolphins and it felt like they gently nudged me, one at a time, to keep my body afloat and in current. I knew that being “in current” was key. It was suddenly apparent that “glide” was a code. “Swirl” was equally pregnant with meaning as both a technique and a key. The dreamzone faded and soon everything was warm, dark and fully released…

I awoke from the loud sound of my own snoring. I was freefloating and warm, still in water. I slowly opened my eyes and stared at the ceiling. I had been in the pool for over an hour and twenty minutes. I looked over at Kathryn, already dressed and reading by the side of the pool. I slowly swam over, feeling empty and full at the same time. My fingers were pruned. “Wow,” was pretty much all I could say.
