Hello light bliss fans!

I get lots of emails asking about what books I can recommend... so I decided to create a blog entry which I can add to over time. These are the books currently on my shelf. I consider it my core library of essentials for an evolutionary life... I welcome responses to this blog with suggestions for additional materials! 

For me, books are initiations. They are conscious beings who transmit specific frequencies of awakening. I have a small bookshelf and only allow myself to have as many books as I can fit on it. If there are more, that means it is time to share some with friends. Hope you find some gems here!

My Upcoming Journey to the Egyptian Temples of Light!

I am reading a mind-blowing book called, "The Temples of Light: An Initiatory Journey into the Heart Teachings of the Egyptian Mystery Schools" by Danielle Rama Hoffman. I recommend it to everyone on a spiritual path of any kind. At the beginning of the book, she asks that we write an intention in our mystery school journal. Here it is:

My intention in following the path of the initiate from Egyptian temple to temple is to gain confidence in bringing forth my sacred calling. I want to live in greater alignment with my cosmic purpose, continue taking actions to uplift and inspire others and inhabit a deliciously deep level of the divine feminine in my own life. On this multi-dimensional journey, I see myself establishing a connection with the living temple consciousnesses of Egypt. I see myself connecting with each one's personality, inscripted energy field, vast vocabulary of heart teachings and frequency of information. I see my ability to astrally travel to each location enhanced with clear imagery, tactile sensations, vivid auditory guidance and profound feeling transmissions. I see myself having breakthroughs in my understanding of how to access and embody wisdom across all of space and time. 

I see myself having realizations about how my own body is a library of light. I see myself learning how to navigate through these muti-dimensional realms through all of time and space, while having fun and feeling energized. I see myself experiencing a joyfully pleasurable download of information which continues even when my mind is on other things. I see myself being mentored by constellations of light beings, angels, guides, goddesses and gods who lovingly nurture and pamper my whole being into a state of profound luminosity and love. I see light strands in my dna activated so that they can hold and transmit more refined bands of light.

I see the Egyptian temples reminding me how easy it is to fully step into the path of the priestess. I see myself saturated in a rainbow of heart wisdom which softens my own heart, opens my ability to feel on deeper levels, elicits nurturing, compassion, generosity, and grace. I see the Egyptian temples mentoring me, teaching me how to relax and surrender into being a woman. 

I ask for all of this or something better, for the highest good of all involved! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Becoming a Conduit for Beauty

I was at Harmony Festival the other day and received an amazing comment from my beautiful friend, Margot of Leom Designs (pictured at left). She said, "It feels good to be around you because your beauty is inclusive. I know I can participate and be a part of it." Wow! Aside from being incredibly touching, this comment got me thinking. An inspiring conversation continued with my dear friend, Iris as we drove home, feeling deeply into what it meant to be beautiful and to share it. Since then, many more questions have come into my mind. Read on below, and please leave comments on this blog with your thoughts!

*How can you amplify your radiance? 

How can you enhance and uplift your sense of beauty? What are the things that inspire you to feel and emit feelings of light? Get familiar with your own vocabulary of beauty. Make friends with beauty as a portal to light!

*How can you make beauty a generous experience? Think about what it feels like to be around someone who is generous with their beauty. Let someone come to mind whom you admire in this way. What thoughts did you have? Sensations? Feelings? How can you hold that quality of space for others?

* How can you cultivate and express a frequency of beauty that helps others feel beautiful?  Allow your intuition to guide you... how you express luminosity in a way which helps others feel affirmed in their own divinity? How can you strike a chord of harmony with others by engaging them in a spectrum of beauty of which we can all be a part? How can you make your beauty a participatory experience?

*How can you use your beauty to admire others? Reverse the paradigm! Instead of beauty being all about you and the attention it can bring, explore how your divine luminosity can help others feel recognized and seen.

*How can you activate presence and creativity in others through your beauty? What if you could use your beauty as a catalyst for awakening and embodiment, as a gift to unleash the potentials in those around you. What would that look like?

*How can you use your beauty to bask in the Divine? How can you use your expression of beauty as a way to replenish your own connection to Mother-Father-Goddess-God-Creator of All-That-Is? How can your beauty become an act of worship and celebration?

*How can you use beauty to remember you and others are Divine Immortal Beings of Light? Is it possible to harness the generative capacity of beauty to maintain your awareness on the infinity of lifetimes you and others have lived and will live? Can you express your gifts in a way which reconnects everyone to their cosmic heritage and collective essence of love?

*How can you express your beauty in a way which amplifies the radiance in those around you? Unfurl your graceful essence in a way which increases other's capacity to see themselves as light beings, to generate light and to express it. What would that look like?

*How can you shine your beauty in a way which increases honesty of who you truly are, why you are here and how you want to energize life mission? Have you ever considered that you can use beauty as a conduit for your ascension? Think about beauty as an opportunity in the toolbox of human incarnation. How can it serve humanity's evolutionary capacity, accelerate planetary healing and empower you AND others to step forward into authentic self expression?

The Immortality Festival!

This past weekend I drove to Santa Barbara with my dear friend, Iris, to celebrate the birthday of my heroine, Anne Van de Water. Anne is simply amazing. She is a steadfast soul family sister!

What I love about Anne is how gracefully she holds the dynamic tension of so many opposites at once: she is an awakened avatar, disco queen, rocker, kirtan singer, yogini, powerful goddess harnessing both the divine masculine and feminine in balance, not to mention a sexual powerhouse. She has an incredible drive to inhabit her divine nature and evolve, evolve, evolve, while cheering on everyone in her community. She is a generator of LOVELIGHTBLISS and she steps into that role whole-heartedly.

Anne's energy is ferociously loving, her smile transmits oceans of compassion, her thong 80's leotard and polyester legwarmers conveys gutsy playfulness and savage joy. When she speaks, she uses tasty, powerful phrases with potent gems of insight. Her laugh is deep and real. She has a timeless elegance, as if she was from another era, but she can get down like the best of them. She is transparent about her humanity and challenges. She looks for the best in people and affirms their wholeness. She is ruthless about prioritizing the divine truth above all else. It is not everyday you meet a cosmic babe like Anne! She is truly on the leading edge of female evolutionaries!

I love how Anne takes such fantastic care of her body. She is the one who inspired me to forget "waiting till one day when I had a home" and get a sauna now! (She has a sauna in her garage she swears by). She also nurtures her body with lots of raw foods, an at-home elliptical machine, an Athena water purifier, an amythyst Bio Mat, and much, much more. Anne is surrounded by an amazing fleet of guides and cosmic emmisarries which help the energy in her aura to sparkle and shine. She attracts a phenomenal array of visionaries and spiritual luminaries to her side who glow with knowingness and contagious glee. 

In celebration of her big 4-0, Anne threw herself the mack mama of all mack mama parties, which she playfully dubbed, "The Immortality Festival". Having dreamed of running a retreat center for many years, she decided to stop waiting and start doing with what she has now. She cleared up some spaces in her home and repurposed them, purchased 15 yoga mats and cushions and voila, a retreat center right in the comfort of her home. Next, she invited each attendee to offer a 25 minute workshop about their current passion to uplift and energize the group. The day and night consisted of a lineup of Chi-Gung, a Mary Poppins Playshop, Yoga, Acro-Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Gemstone channelling, Divine feminine playshops, energetic matchmaking, money management skills, Feng Shui, Flower Essence Saturation, Ancient Eqyptian High Priestess Annointing, 80's aerobics, kirtan singing, world music performances, a beautiful shamanic fireside ceremony, Dr. Megavot, firedancing and much, much more! She had her friend Trish monitor the time and progression. Meanwhile, people wandered in and out and spent time chatting over the beautiful raw food spread, in the backyard overlooking the city and ocean, or browsing the adornments available in the market created by attendees with gemstones, necklaces, goddess clothing, hair pieces and more.

It was a strict invite only event in the interests of maintaining a super high frequency of intention.  Everyone was invited to attend dressed up as their favorite immortal being. Anne had 6 costume changes throughout the day and it was exciting to watch her continually emerge in new and unexpected ensembles, often complete with matching wigs and heels! All the attendees were amazing people, exceptional in their presence and ability to vessel joy. I knew some from my years in Santa Barbara, and some were new to me, but there was an instant feeling of family which was wonderful. The day was full of laughter, a-has, fun and adventure. I taught my first Goddess Blossom playshop and it was so much fun, and I left feeling overwhelmed with inspiration, courage and focus.

What I've taken from this experience is the desire to deepen my divine presence, my anchoring of divine energy, my community of cosmic feminine luminaries, my spiritual practice and commitment to moving to the next level of my life mission. My mind has also been opened to leading co-ed workshops as there was men in the playshop I led and it was beautiful to behold the divine masculine in honor of the divine feminine...Im am also inspired to approach and celebrate my upcoming birthday in a whole new way, gathering together people in a shared intention to create forward momentum and inspiration for all of us. It is  beautiful to think of growing older in years as an opportunity to celebrate becoming more eternally youthful and immortal at the same time! I am so thankful for the beauty, bliss, play, wonder, love and bright light! I feel so lucky! Thank you!

Receiving Guidance From Future Self As An Ascended Master!

- Mother-Father, Goddess-God, Creator, Love-Generator of All That Is!

- It is fun to zip to my 20's, to my 40's, to myself as a little child, up to my life in the past as an Egyptian high priestess, in circles to my previous incarnation as an integalatic being of the Sisterhood of Light, in infinity shapes to myself as an awakened ascended master! 

- I send my past selves, in this incarnation and all incarnations, prayers, guidance and light! 

- I envision my past selves laughing, playing, being abundant, loving deeply and receiving love!

- I intend for my past selves to feel a deep and authentic connection to Creator, angels, fairies, interstellar light emmissaries, starbeings, ascended masters and all order of God's expansive light-love-bliss!

- I teach my past selves how to be loved, how to allow miracles, how to live in joy, how to trust intuitive guidance!

- I visualize my past selves being surrounded by gold-pink-platinum light!

- I send all my past selves DNA activations to awaken all dormant light codes!

- I send all my past selves pure unconditional love and acceptance!

- Creator's definition of pure love is my definition of pure love and all my "me's" are saturated with it!

- I request guidance from myself in the future 1 year and instantaneously have it!

- I get advice from myself five years in the future and receive an instant download of joyful and easy awakenings!

- I access the wisdom of myself 10 years in the future and feel the peace and freedom of knowing the next steps to activate my light more brightly and across higher-frequencies!

- I open to welcome the insights of myself 20 years in the future and bask in the tranquility of all my realizations!

- I lavish myself in the insights I have gained in 30 years of life-experience from this point forward, aligning myself and lifestyle to the values which my future self has realized.

-I connect with myself  40 years in the future as a playful, youthful wise woman, and make space and time to relax into my presence and intuition.

- I receive an instant transmission from myself in the future as I make my transition from this incarnation and physical body, to the beyond! I now integrate all I have learned, realized and received in this lifetime! 

- I know it is possible for me to be an ascended master!

- I access the wisdom from my future incarnation as an ascended master and integrate all the cosmic mysteries of light!

- I embody my ascended-master self's ability to feel and radiate unconditional love right now!

Theta Healing for Dancing the Divine

This past weekend at Lightening in a Bottle, I had several peak dance experiences on the with Pocket DJ's and the Moontribe Collective. It was gorgeous! The mountains soared in the distance, the moon was shining full and the night sky was full of stars. Everywhere I looked there was smiling, joyous people, creative movement and costumes. There is a vitalizing essence which saturates my whole body at these special moments. I am completely in sync with the music, my breathe, my senses and the gallop of my body. I feel connected to the All in a very visceral way. I feel so complete, ecstatic and blissed out! These were 100% natural highs from the music, the environment and my own body "dropping into the pocket". Having just got home, I've been pondering... can I download these feelings into my DNA so I can access them more consciously at any moment? Here's some Theta I did on the topic...

It is commanded, that the feeling of total connection to Creator through dance is instilled into my DNA!

I understand how it feels to instantaneously access the ecstatic high of complete union with the divine.

I know how it feels to be dancing, awash in unconditional love.

I know how it feels to be aware of the intelligence of every cell in my body as I dance.

I know how to amp up the wattage of my inter-galactic luminosity through dance!

I know understand how to nourish my body with divine life force energy through dance!

I understand how it feels to understand everything which is knowable across all dimensions while dancing.

I understand how it feels to have sweet, delicious, pure joy pouring through me while dancing.

I know how it feels to be carried by a beautiful creative force which is much bigger than I am.

I know how it feels to connect with my future self through dance and receive guidance.

I understand how it feels to let my body dance with beauty, grace, power and poise.

I know how it feels to inhabit my most pure essence through dance.

I know how it feels to be guided into more complex, fluid and expressive movements.

I know how to get insights from wise intergalatic dance emmissaries of light who teach the sacred geometry of movement patterns.

I know how it feels to let go and let Creator dance through me!
I understand how to be a conduit for the divine through dance!
I understand how it feels to dance with all my angels in an ecstatic flurry of wings, sparkledust and bliss.

I can access this state of euphoric connection with or without any music in particular.

I understand how it feels to self-generate the feeling of groovy-ness regardless of conditions, situations or people present.

I know it is possible for me to access these sensations of utter divinity at any moment!

I know how to have this state of hyper-aware presence at any moment through my breath.

I understand how to inhabit this state of divine presence by just thinking about it.

I am already imbued with the delicious essence of connection!

My nature is pure presence!

I AM the Source of the feelings of unity and connection!

I AM frequencies of light and alignment!

I AM euphoric love!
