Affirmations for Sharing Creative Gifts

This morning I did a Chakra Breathwork meditation CD by my Breathwork teacher, Ashanna Solaris. It was amazing! Below are the insights which came to me during the session...

- I clearly envision all the creative projects I have dreamed of sharing.

-  Every single unexpressed idea and dream project I have is available to me right now to share with the world. 

- Continued contemplation of these ideas means I am being called to bring them forth.

- The more I follow my intuition, the more I can share yummy love with others and Creator!

- I lavish all my creative ideas with nurturing.

- I give my creative ideas everything I have to give.

- I know that the more tender love I can give my creative ideas, the more tender love I can give to the world.

- I honor the call!

- I  share my thoughts, insights and dreams with the world TODAY!

- I make time every day to heed my higher calling.

- I put myself OUT THERE with no holding back!

- I know that withholding my gifts from the world is withholding love from myself, Creator, my family, my friends, community and the healing of the planet!

- I give freely of myself and my creative gifts the same way a mother gives love freely to her child.

- I access the expert knowledge I have gained in all past lifetimes where I have done the same work I am called to do.

- I know I am good enough, worthy, ready and experienced enough simply because I had the inspiration to do it.

Rampage of Appreciation for Hoopdance

I love hoopdance! I adore how the hoop feels on my skin as it swings and grooves around my torso. I love the pressure of the push against my core, and the release as it swings away. I love how the hoop pushes me to move fast, sleek and like a cheetah. I love when it invites me to slow down and inhabit sensual grace. I love that I get so caught up in the sensations that I am driven to jump high, squat lower, roll around on the floor and explore my edges. I adore when I am inspired to move even slower than I thought possible, exploring postures, stillness and whirling. 

I love how much awareness I feel in every finger while hooping. I love that the hoop trains me to be curious about what my fingerprints, palm, wrists and elbows are saying to the music. I love it that my awareness of planes, grids, angles and shapes is amplified. I love it that hooping immerses me in a magical world where everything moves chi and energy. Yes!

I am crazy about hooping on my upper body in Snake position while letting the rest of my body syncopate with the music.  It feels amazing! It feels so good to lock every cell of every fiber of my being into the beats and melodies and to be a visual representation of sonic stimulation. When I allow the music to speak through my dance, every pore of my skin just opens up to soak in a feeling of goodness. 

I love it when it feels like I am flying! I love it when it feels like I am a capoeria master. I love it when it feels like I am a temple priestess, Eygptian magi, goddess or starbeing from another galaxy. I love it when I can feel the transmission of light codes while spinning. I love it when my DNA seems to re-order itself in a higher alignment. I adore it when my body tunes to a higher frequency. I love it when hooping softens my heart and allows me to connect and live more freely and honestly.

I so appreciate learning new hoop techniques. The thrilling zing of realizing I am on the edge of something new delights me! I love the rush of exiliheration and joy which arises from feeling myself approaching a new meadow, valley or crossroads in my dance practice. 

I feel so blessed and lucky to have hoopdance in my life. I love my hooping community! I love my hoop teachers and all the wonderful people who support hooping and enable me to thrive while spreading the love even further. 

I see myself practicing more and more and more and LOVING IT! I see myself using my new hoop studio every day, playing all different kinds of music and savoring the moments of presence and elation which I experience. I see myself committing to hoop prayer and making it happen with ease and flow. I love how natural it feels to hoop daily and how deeply it feeds my soul. I love how inspired it leaves me feeling and how open and receptive I am for life.  I am so grateful! Thank you!

Loving my eyesight!

 

I must have angels watching over me!!! Thank you for protecting my eyes! I'm experiencing a massive overflow of APPRECIATION FOR MY EYESIGHT! 

I am SO GRATEFUL for my eyesight! I love my eyes! I love how easily they focus. I love how my eyes discern colors and shapes. I adore seeing! I love the beauty and lushiousness of eyesight and all the wonderful gifts it provides me with.

I appreciate how moist my eyes are. They easily renew themselves with tears as needed to keep my eyeballs moving with ease. I love that I don't even have to think about keeping my eyes moist, that they just monitor themselves and make any adjustments as needed.

I love that when I need to let emotions flow, my eyes know how to easily cry and allow healing. My tears are very wonderfully salty and purifying and I am grateful to my wise eyes for knowing how to allow my stream of wellbeing.

I love how my eyes easily focus. If something is far away, they work their magic to help me discern it. If something is close, they also do some beautiful adjustments to help me see with ease. I love seeing. I ADORE SEEING!

I love seeing the full rainbow of colors! I adore seeing all the different hues of each color. I am so happy to be able to discern the full spectrum of the rainbow!! Yay!

I SO appreciate the color of my eyes. I know my eyes are an unusual bluegreen and I appreciate their hues. I love how my eyes change with my moods. I love how my eyes look against my olive skin. I love the whites of my eyes. I love how they do what they need to do to stay white and create a beautiful contrast with my irises and skin.

I adore the integrity of my eyeballs. I love how they are resilient and strong. I love that the shape of each eyeball is perfect. I am so grateful for wonderful eyelids and fantastic eyelashes! Yay!

Thank you for such wonderful eyes! I am so grateful for the magnificent health and wellbeing of my eyes. Every day, my eyes feel healthier and healthier! I love my super healthy and wonderful eyes! My eyes deliver an amazing amount of information to me with ease and accuracy.

I love that my eyes shine with sparkles and life force energy. I love that my eyes are strong enough to see in sunlight and discern in darkness. My eyes give me so much pleasure and joy! Seeing is such a precious, wonderful, divine gift! I am so grateful.

Things I love about my new home..

 

I love the lamp which mom gave me yesterday, sculpted like a metal tree at the base and with colorful orange and yellow mosaic glass pieces on top. It's beauty warms my heart! It gives my cottage a wonderful homey feel. Yay!

I love the fluffy, white sheepskin rugs I got today! They make my home snuggly and wonderful. I love that there is one right next to my bed in my loft so my toes can be super warm the moment I step out of bed. Sweet!

I love my big widows! I love that they let me see all the green and browns of nature right outside my home. I love that I can see people walking on the street, with dogs, kids, groceries and feel the gentle flow of life happening.

I am so grateful for my ceilings! I love that they are high and in a "V" shape, with thick wood cross beams which make me think of a mountain ski lodge. I love the warmth of the wood and the character of each piece.

I love my loft! It is so cute. I love that my ladder is strong and stable and easy to climb up and down. I love how snuggly my bed is up there. I love that I can look down into my livingroom from up high. I'm grateful for my lotus lamp by my bedside and my goddess altar with crystals near my feet.

I love all my dear, beloved plants!!! I am so lucky to care for all these magnificent green beings who share so much vitality and oxygen with me. Thank you!

I adore my cute, little kitchen table and my chair. I love my sofa! I love my compact desk and it's antique feel. I love my wood bureau and how clean the lines are and how beautiful the wood is. I love my awesome fireplace!!!! Yaayayay! I love how easily it works and how clean and tidy it is. I love my kitchen! Everything has just the right place to be in and I love how it looks out into the livingroom. I love all my closets! I really, really, love my floors, which are all wood and super smooth and light colored wood. I love my big deck and my view. I love my plumbing! I love how fast the hot water flows in the bathtub and how much hot water there is! I love the heating system! I adore that I can warm the space to the perfect temperature for me in a jiffy. I love the energy here! I The moment I pull in the driveway and into my parking space I feel my nervous system relax. As I walk up to my door I feel at home. When I walk in, my whole body is relieved and bathed in joy. 

I am so grateful for this sanctuary!

Rampage of Appreciation for Living in Mill Valley

I am so happy to live in Mill Valley! I love driving over the Golden Gate Bridge. I love watching the gleaming water and the sun on the water and the rolling green hills. I love driving through the tunnel with a rainbow painted on the side as I go north. I adore cresting the hill and descending into the valley. The feeling which sweeps over me is one of expansive possibility and calm. I instantly feel grounded and connected to the earth as I notice big trees towering on the sides of the freeway. I love looking out over Sausilito and seeing the beautiful water, boats and homes beaming from their hillside perches. It is so nice to see the expanse of Tiburon and appreciate it's abundance and magesty. I love thinking of all the happy successful people who are living in those places as I pass by, and I send blessings.

As I enter Mill Valley, I really take time to appreciate the smallness and slowness. I love the teak sales stand with kids jungle gyms and patio furniture for sale. I love the stand selling fruits and vegetables at the corner which goes up to my mom's gorgeous glass house. I love knowing that street also goes to glorious trails which connect to the ocean. I love passing the street which leads to Muir Woods and Stinson Beach, remembering how wonderful it is to visit those places and knowing how close to them I now am. 

I love passing the many small businesses, resolute in their determination to succeed despite all odds! I love the many, many healing centers, the spiritual and yoga centers, the Whole Foods, the diversity of gourmet foods and all the cute random high end shops. I love the beauty of the high school with all it's Spanish tile roofs and big campus and abundant fields with healthy kids almost always playing soccer, laccrose or some other sport. 

I especially love when the trees start getting big along the sides of the road and Mt. Tam looms into view, overlooking the whole valley like a magical, ancient guardian. I love the spirit of this mountain! I feel it's wisdom and strength and patience. It really delights me that the speed limit is 30 miles per hour! It feels so good to slow down my speed and focus on my breath and basking in the glow of being.

The town center is one of my favorite places! There are always lots of cute kids and families and dogs playing at the town square and it has a wonderful, homey vibe. I love the wholesomeness of it all! It feels like homebaked apple pies and hot cocoa! I love the artists here, living in their mountain retreats, being creative and relaxing. I love the old people who live here and smile while they drink coffee. I love all the women who seem so relaxed in their skin and content to move at their own natural speed. All the women with spaceage baby strollers are delightful to watch as well!

I really appreciate that people who live here look like they really take care of themselves. I deeply appreciate the beauty of the houses here, some modern, some quaint and elaborate, the yards, cars, birds and grass. I love that the police and parking officers usually don't give you a ticket if you talk to them. I love that the meters use only 25 cents for 30 minutes. I SO appreciate that everything I need is so close! Wonderful foods, resturants, bookstore, cafes, shops... it is all here! I am especially elated that so many blissful hiking trails are so very close to me! I am so excited to explore and adventure in the green and walk on the earth.

My new home is a sanctuary of JOY! I LOVE my apartment!! I adore the wood cathedral ceilings and floors, the big fireplace, the big balcony, my dance studio, loft bedroom, big closet, fantastic kitchen and living room. I have happy, young, smiling neighbors who are kind and vibrant. I love that I don't share any walls with neighbors. I LOVE my parking space!!!! So cool! I'm on top of the world for the grove of redwood trees right outside my window, overlooking my entire place. And I also just want to squeal with delight in celebration of how the sunlight streams in around 7:30 in the morning and warms my entire cottage. I am SO lucky! I love how nice and quiet it is in here and how deeply and restfully I sleep. 

I am SO happy here! I know I am exactly where I belong. I so appreciate how it feels like a retreat center. I an so grateful for the opportunity to reflect and restore my body, mind and spirit. I am full of anticipation and excitement to see what magical miracle unfolds next to amplify my appreciation of being here even more! Thank you!

Wouldn't it be nice if...

Wouldn't it be nice if I found myself having more and more free time every day? Wouldn't it feel swell if I noticed more and more time in my schedule to contemplate, reflect, read, hike, hoop and nurture myself! Wouldn't it be fun if I spent more and more time in the woods, on mountains, near waterfalls and on beaches! It would be wonderful if I began to make more and more time to feel good. It would be amazing if I made more time to daydream and fantasize about all the things which delight me. I would be tickled by all the time invested in imagining things which are amazing, beautiful and uplifting! 

It would be  phenomenal if I followed through on all the things I say I intend to do -- attend more dance classes, invest more time in my hoop practice, deepen my meditation practice, heal my body on all levels, manifest a collaborative spiritual event with Candice, take naps, fantasize while laying in hammocks, travel to tropical islands for time off, swim with dolphins more frequently, attend more events with like-minded individuals, travel to places like Sedona... 

Wouldn't it be nice if I made laughing everyday a priority! Wouldn't it be fun if I remembered to call into the laughter conference calls every day! Wouldn't it be amazing if I made lightbody meditations the most important appointment of my day! Wouldn't it feel good to spend more time taking baths, using emollient lotions and to lavish my physical body with appreciation!

Wouldn't it be nice if I found it easier and easier to pay my rent because of the avalanche of wealth pouring into my life! Wouldn't it be so nice if so much abundance cascaded into my life that buying an epic house was the easiest thing in the world for me - as easy as buying a bottle of water at a corner store! Wouldn't it be nice if I could move and live anywhere, at any time, no matter what because I had so much income and so much free time!

Wouldn't it be amazing if I found myself surrounded by so many vibrationaly aligned  kindred spirits that I could hardly choose who to spend time with. It would be spectacular if I played more and more and gave away even more responsibilities to other people! Yay!

Wouldn't it be fantastic if started every morning taking 20 minutes to bask in the beauty of being alive! Wouldn't it be amazing if I took time every day to do focus wheels to uplevel my own frequency! Wouldn't it be grand if I focused on getting into and staying in my vortex 100% of the time in all situations! Wouldn't it be great if I could remember the value of aligning myself to Source no matter what! Wouldn't it be divinely aligning if I took an hour long walk or hike in nature daily to attune myself to the Earth's beauty! Wouldn't it be amazing if I remembered to pray in thanksgiving for all my blessings every day as a chronic habit!

Wouldn't it be freakin out of this world mind-blowingly amazing if I could attend the Tahiti Wellbeing Cruise with Abraham! Wouldn't it be immensely nurturing to lie on white sand beaches, swim in clear blue, warm tropical waters and bask in the glow of joyful aliveness in every moment! Wouldn't it be even better if this was my daily reality at any moment I chose it! YES! 

Wouldn't it be nice if I could feel spectacularly centered, aligned, confident and healthy in every single second of every single day! It would be! It would be so wonderful to always do exactly the things which I know would bring me into my highest state of being! It would be so delightful to say yes to every opportunity which enhanced my wellbeing and to gracefully glide beyond anything which didn't!

Wouldn't it be nice to feel flooded with euphoric happiness more and more! Wouldn't it be nice to swirl in the feeling of joyful anticipation at all times! Wouldn't it delight me to devote myself to joy as my primary focus in life! YES! YES! YES!

Yippie for life!

Allowing

Even though there is resistance happening right now, I choose to allow. I allow change. I allow growth, I allow evolution. I can turn downstream and allow what naturally wants to happen. I cannot stop the stream. I allow it to flow.

There may be yelling and tears, but I know that this too shall pass. I trust the Universe and I know that everything is unfolding with a divine plan and purpose. I know that the raised voices are an indicator of being further and further away from Source. I choose to keep my voice low in response to raised voices. I choose to focus on breathing meditations so I can stay in my Vortex. I choose to stay focused on my soul in my body, connected to this Earth gift of incarnation.

When I hear hurtful things said, I choose to let them wash over me like a spring breeze. I know that everyone in this situation wants the same thing - to be happy. I allow others to find their own way to happiness while I find mine. It is okay that we are different and find our own paths to joy. I focus on the beauty and good things. I choose thoughts which feel good to think. I allow myself to be filled with gratitude for the precious gift of time spent together.

I focus on keeping myself in the Vortex. I allow others to move into or out of their Vortexes freely. Others control their own joy, destiny and lifepath. I allow others to choose their beliefs and thoughts. Even if I hear others saying disempowering statements about their lives, if they have no genuine curiosity and receptivity to grow and learn, I allow them to speak. I am impervious to words spoken by others because my happiness is determined by only one thing - if I am in my own Vortex and fully connected to Source. If I feel uncomfortable in a situation, I leave. I have no need to remain in a situation which feels disharmonious because it doesn't not resonate with my Inner Being.

I release the need to "take care of" or "fix" others. I let them be who they are and focus on amplifying my own wellbeing. I know that it is each of our own responsibility to care for our own wellbeing. No one can ever give wellbeing to another. Wellbeing is an inside job! I love tending to my own wellbeing with tender loving care. I love sharing my insights about how to amplify wellbeing with those who ask and genuinely want to learn.

I love my husband. I know he loves me. I know we love eachother so much. I know we both want to be happy and live lives full of joy, wonder and magic. I know we are each growing and evolving in our own ways which are beautiful and divinely perfect. I know we are both remarkable beings of light living in human bodies and negotiating emotions and incarnation in the best way possible. I know we both have only  the highest, most pure intentions for eachother. I know we are both devoted to speading good and wellbeing and beauty on the planet. I envision us both upleveling our vibrations to a beautiful new place of wellness. I see us both healing ourselves and sharing great energy with all who surround each of us. I see life unfolding one miracle after another, with tidal waves of wonderfulness in each of our lives!

I am so happy to be alive. I love that my lungs work every moment of every day without me even thinking about them. I love that my heart keeps beating no matter what. I love that my skin repairs itself with ease and with no conscious thoughts from me. I am so grateful for the gift of sight. My beautiful eyes reveal so much beauty. I love my senses. They give me so much joy! I love the green growing things of the Earth. I love the mud and mountains and lakes and waterfalls. I love tropical islands and crystal blue waters. I love chihuahuas and dolphins and whales and cheetahs and butterflies and hummingbirds! I love mangoes and watermelons. I love cherries! I love a great gourmet organic, range fed burger. I love raw food and kale chips and smoothies! I love laughing so hard that I cry. I love being swept over with so much inspiration that all my hairs stand on end. 

I am so lucky to have two fantastic brothers and extended family and two great parents who love me and who have taught me so much. I love my childhood~ I had so many loving friends and family members, such a wonderful house to grow up in, a great backyard, dog and advantures. I love my schools, my summer camps, and all of my graduate studies in Anthropology and Mythology. I know all these amazing experiences have helped make me who I am today.

I love my job and my friends. I love my apartment in Cole Valley ~ I appreciate all the dynamic urban experiences I have had living in Sa Francisco. I love that I have the gift of dance, hooping and music in my life. I love outdoor parties~ I feel so blessed to be able to move and groove and shimmy . I am overwhelmed with all the amazing things to appreciate and enjoy in life! Every day things will keep getting better and better. I know it, I trust it, I feel it!

Radical Trust

There is no time like the present to start listening to my inner wisdom. I am learning more and more about trusting my intuition every day! I am sensing into my gut, my heart and my non-physical guidance system and emotions for feedback about what feels right and wrong. I no longer ignore or pretend that I am not feeling discomfort. Now, when I feel discomfort, I say something about it and I take action. I just say how I feel, it is that easy. It is fun! I no longer censor words based on how I anticipate others will react to them. I let truth flow through me like a nourishing river. It feels amazing to be honoring who I am and loving myself in this way. 

When I speak my truth, it is a living prayer to the Universe! My bodytemple is a holy place of wonder inhabited by the precious life force of the cosmos. My body is a gift! My mind is a gift! My heart is a gift! Every moment of my incarnation is a delightful gift. Contrast and discomfort is a gift! Contrast is my most precious teacher because it exists to help me discern how to uplevel my vibration. I am so grateful. Every challenging opportunity to speak truthfully is an opportunity to vessel spirit!

I am forgiving myself more and more for letting my spirit leave my body instead of making hard choices. I know in the past it was easier for me to let my spirit leave my body and neglect my soul's needs than to face fearful things. I am now powerful beyond measure! I embrace my power to choose my own thoughts and beliefs and to create my own reality! I am a forgiving machine for myself and all others on the planet. Forgiveness for myself flows through me with every breath.

In the past I have allowed others to cause me to question the validity of my feelings. At one moment I would feel clear and aligned with Source about my truth... and then I would allow the mis-alignment of others to take me out of my Vortex.  I release the doubt experienced within every relationship in every moment of my life. I now release that all! I release all doubt accumulated in my body across every lifetime in every galaxy across all time and space. I lovingly embrace the absolute knowledge of everything that is right for me! I experience an instant download into every cell of my body every nanosecond, with infinite insight. I love that I always know what is exactly right for me! I love being so in touch with my truth. I love that it is easy to honor my bodytemple with words as my living prayer.

I trust the Universe! I trust ME! I am overflowing with RADICAL TRUST which permeates every strand of DNA. My blood runs pure and nourished by my inner trust. My body loves me passionately for trusting it so much! Spirit races back into my body in an instant and I am filled to the brim with soulful presence! Light shines from every pore in my being as I embody the living, walking, talking truth of the Universe! Every time my heart beats, it pulses out the frequency of faith.
