I know that I have been making food choices in alignment with my vibration. In the past I have eaten heavier foods when I have felt the need to stuff emotions or my truth. It was a pattern I learned which I taught myself for years. I get it! I love and accept myself exactly as I am! I know that all is well and all is divinely perfect. I am beautiful and my body is beautiful. My eating patterns have served me. I am so grateful for having a body! I am so lucky to be alive.
That was an old story and I am ready to let it go. It is now safe for me to be who I am. I can say how I feel even if it disrupts the comfort of others. There is nothing more important than me being who I am in my highest, most pure self. Change is good! Evolution is natural. I realize that I experience challenges when I resist the natural flow of life. Everything is easy when I go with the flow. I make being in my vortex of truth my highest priority!
There is nothing like the buzz of laughing for minutes and minutes and minutes. I love how my body gets tingley and I hold my belly. It is so fun to laugh for no reason at all. It reminds me that I can instantly change my frequency at will. Laughter is magic! Laughter reminds me that I am a joy being.I love shining and beaming! My joy is unstoppable. My expansion is infinite. Yay!
I can teach all the cells in my body a new story. I love my cells! They are gorgeous, glimmering and wise. I am helping all 75 trillion cells in my body realize that they can crave radiant foods and beverages to enhance and uplift my vibration. I am telling my body that it can uplevel it's frequency in response to fear instead of lowering it's resonance. All the cells in my body are responding -- they are lovingly going with the flow of my joy. They are instantly reprogramed to crave food and beverages which radiate light. I seek nourishment through greens, superfoods, air, water, light and bliss. Fruits and vegetables from local organic sources, packed with healing juice, are instantly assimilated and healing me on all levels. All the communication in my body is instantly uplevelled! My cells are all geniuses! They are instantly aware and we are all playing together now as a unified force of beauty.
I see myself becoming more and more ecstatic about every moment, making it much easier to nourish myself with more and more raw foods. It has become habitual for me to seek new and improved ways of saturating my body with life force energy. I nurture myself with elixers, tonics,and nutrients instead of grazing. I invest more time in my self healing by making time for healthy raw food preparation. I take superfoods throughout the day which amplify my body's starseed potential. As I choose my nutrients with care, I activate codes of light in my DNA which speed my evolution and awakening. Wowee!
I see myself drinking more and more pure, radiant water. I am hydrated at a level beyond my wildest dreams! Water is my favorite beverage. I pilgrimidge to nourishing hot springs laden with healing minerals to restore my gleam. I bathe in yummy baths. I swim in the crystal clear warm tropical waters. I stand under glimmering waterfalls. My body is at one with the Earth gift of water. I am so thankful for our precious planet's abundance gift. My body's tissues are in optimal health and well nourished with all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and magical etheric elements needed for superhero status!
At every moment I am overwhelmed with more people, places and opportunities to appreciate in my life. As I appreciate my magical life more and more, I am reminded what a wonderful gift this body is. I love sitting in silence, just basking in the awe of being alive. I love extending myself to new friends who inspire me to shine brighter and enhance my well-being on all levels. I love learning more about holistic nutrition and assimilating these ideas into my self-appreciation practice of eating. I love my dehydrator!
